Free Demonstration and Radio Range Test
We will visit your site, discuss your requirements and demonstrate the system to the interested parties.
We will develop a suitable system specification and monitoring regime with you. We can then set
up the monitoring receiver and aerial temporarily in the intended monitoring location
(reception, security, etc) and test the radio range of the system from the areas where
the lone workers are operating.
Installation
Most systems are simple to install and instructions are provided. The installation is
generally undertaken by the site electricians. However, if required we will install
all or part of the system.
Servicing and Repairs
We will service and repair the equipment at the customer's request. The radio alarm
transmitters are generally returned to us for servicing approximately every 18 months.
If required, loan units can be provided during servicing.
System Upgrades
We keep a detailed record of each system we supply and will send out additional
or replacement equipment (e.g. extra transmitters) programmed exactly to the
original specification.
